The venue can accommodate up to 250 people for ceremonies and banquets, and up to 500 guests for receptions. The restaurant’s outdoor terrace is also available seasonally for wedding-related events. For weddings, the property offers three wedding packages, the most basic of which includes hors d’oeuvres, a four-course reception dinner and a wedding cake. Upgraded wedding packages include an open bar.

Six venues are available for weddings at the Pan Pacific Vancouver. The largest space is the Crystal Pavilion, which can accommodate up to 600 guests for banquet-style affairs.
