7. CoC: Moscow Tower in Russia
The top half of this tower is an entertainment complex, office suites, and large apartments and the rest of it is mostly office space but it does also have shops, a gym, restaurants and several fitness centers.

These two mixed-use skyscrapers are the tallest buildings in Istanbul and were designed by Peter Vaughan of Broadway Malyan.
