7. The Resort at Pelican Hill
The North and South Ocean Courses at the Pelican Hill Golf Club are adjacent to the resort. Guests receive preferred tee times and a discounted fee to play these courses, both of which boast ocean views. Greens fees include a professional forecaddie, a cart with bottled water, use of the practice facility and locker rooms and both club-cleaning and shoe attendant services.
8. The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee
Guests have access to resort’s five golf courses (99 holes) designed by Jack Nicklaus, Rees Jones, Bob Cupp and Tom Fazio. The Landing, The Preserve, The Oconee and Great Waters are all par-72, 18-hole courses while The National is the only 27-hole course available.
