Ingredients

  •  plain low-fat yogurt or plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup bulgur
  • 3 tablespoon milk or refrigerated coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon snipped crystallized ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground giinger
  • ¼ cup blackberries

Directions

  1. In a bowl stir together the first five ingredients (through ginger). Divide mixture between two half-pint jars. Top with blackberries. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
